BBQ Ribs with Dry Rub - Sweet Baby Ray's

Directions
- Rinse ribs and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove the membrane from the backside of the ribs.
- Sprinkle the rub on the topside and rub it in well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Wrap the ribs in heavy foil and cover the bottom rack of the grill with foil to diffuse heat.
- Place the wrapped ribs on the top rack using low (gas) heat until the meat shrinks on the bone (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
- Remove the ribs from the foil and grill/smoke on low heat, adding SBR sauce to the top side 1/2 hour before desired doneness.
