Directions

  1. Cut the shrimp in half.
  2. Dice mango, onion and seedless tomatoes.
  3. Drain the hearts of palm and cut them into thin circles.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

  • 1 small red onion.
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded.
  • 1 lime, juiced.
  • 1 fresh mango.
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
  • 14 ounce can hearts of palm.
  • 1 tsp kosher salt.
